“I need help” might be the hardest sentence to blurt out for some people but I need you to know it’s okay. It’s okay to admit that you have fought with yourself for so long and now you just can’t do it on your own. It will never be a sign of weakness! Trust! It will just prove how long you have been brave for. It is okay to admit that you cry when no one is looking and that at times, you want it all to end in a nonconventional way. But what is not okay is to not do anything about it. You deserve better! You deserve a chance to fight the side of you that is out for your life.
